When supplying artwork for print, please note the following requirements:
Please convert all fonts to outlines/paths or embed fonts before creating PDFs.
Please ensure your artwork has 2mm bleed on all sides, and is supplied in CMYK format, 300dpi.
If you have set your artwork in photoshop, please make sure all layers are flattened before you save to PDF (this reduces the file size)
Any files supplied in Microsoft programmes (word, publisher, corel, powerpoint) will incur a £20 charge to convert
the files to a printable format (subject to sight of artwork) Please note
We run all files through Heidelberg Colour editor and convert all spot colours/rgb images to CMYK ISOCoated_V2 colour standards.
Files supplied with RGB/Pantone/Spot colours will be converted to this standard, and may result in unexpected colour changes with artwork files not being supplied correctly.
We will run cursory checks on all files, however cannot be held responsible for changes as a result of files being supplied incorrectly.
