The simplest and cheapest way to get your print is to collect it from our Newcastle based print factory. We are situated less than 2 minutes from the city centre, and have ample on site parking for our customers.
Alternatively, we can deliver your print free of charge. We offer this service to for local deliveries in Newcastle. If you are a bit further afield, then we use reputable carriers to deliver all our goods on a next working day basis.
All print despatched via our courier can be tracked online. Simply request your consignment number which you can enter into our couriers website at: http://www.ukmail.biz/consignment_number.html. This will allow you to track your parcel every step of the way and get proof of delivery if required.
If you require special delivery instructions, or need to ship to anywhere outside UK Mainland, please contact us to make the appropriate arrangements.
Our carriers aim to deliver on time, however, we cannot be held responsible for failed deliveries or any losses incurred, after goods have left our premises for delivery by a third party. The carriers are fully insured to cover losses but this issue must be addressed with the carrier immediately.
